By accessing or using InstantJob ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and YAZAR.DEV, the operating company of InstantJob. "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Platform.
These Terms are written in English and governed primarily by Estonian law. Regional legal supplements apply where local law requires — see Section 11.
InstantJob is a real-time, location-based job matching platform that connects job seekers ("Candidates") and employers ("Employers") through a live map interface. We are a technology intermediary — not a party to any employment or service agreement formed between users.
We do not guarantee employment outcomes, earnings, job availability, or the quality of any services performed through the Platform.
Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) will be added at checkout based on your location and local tax laws.
You may not use InstantJob to:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Zero tolerance policy: InstantJob has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward adult content and services. We actively monitor listings in risk categories, apply automated content filtering, and respond to user reports. Confirmed violations result in permanent account termination and, where required by law, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. No refund will be issued for terminated accounts.
We employ a combination of automated content filtering and human moderation to detect and remove prohibited content. Platform users are encouraged to report suspicious listings or profiles using the "Report" feature available on every listing and profile page. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
While we make reasonable efforts to prevent prohibited content, we cannot guarantee that all violating content is detected immediately. InstantJob is not liable for harm arising from content posted by third parties prior to its detection and removal.
The InstantJob platform — including its design, code, brand, and technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of YAZAR.DEV. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.
Content you upload (profile text, photos, portfolio items) remains your property. You grant YAZAR.DEV a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display this content as necessary to operate the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific employment outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YAZAR.DEV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100 / $100 USD / AUD 150 / CAD 135 / TRY 3,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
Consumer users in the EU may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

EU consumers retain all statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law, which cannot be waived by contract. The 14-day cooling-off right under EU Consumer Rights Directive applies to digital service subscriptions where no service has been consumed.
Unfair contract terms under EU Directive 93/13/EEC are not enforceable against EU consumers.
For US users, the following additional terms apply:
Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guarantees apply to Australian users and cannot be excluded. These include guarantees that services will be rendered with due care and skill. Our liability cap does not apply where ACL guarantees are breached.
Australian users may contact the ACCC at accc.gov.au for consumer complaints.
Quebec consumers are governed by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Electronic contract formation requirements under Canada's CASL apply to all marketing communications sent to Canadian users. You may unsubscribe from commercial electronic messages at any time.
