InstantJob is my most ambitious project. It started from a simple observation: the global job market is broken for hourly and casual workers. CVs, cover letters, waiting weeks for a reply — none of it makes sense when the need is immediate. So I built the alternative: a live map where workers appear and employers hire in seconds.

The global job market has a dirty secret. Most job platforms aren't really trying to connect people with work — they're collecting CVs. Post a job, gather hundreds of applications, build a database. The applicant waits weeks. Then nothing. No offer, no feedback, no explanation.
This isn't a bug. It's the business model. A large candidate database is valuable data — regardless of whether anyone actually gets hired. Workers are treated as raw material, not people with real, immediate needs.
InstantJob was built on a single refusal: we will never harvest CVs. There are no CV uploads on this platform. There is no database of idle applications. Every interaction here is live, intentional, and mutual — a worker available right now, an employer with a real need right now.
